The numbers you enter go to our server, which calculates and sends the result back. We do not store them, and we do not connect them to you. Our server notes your network address for one hour to stop misuse, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for a short time.
Your e-mail is used to send what you asked for
When you ask for your result as a PDF, the First-Look Checklist, a Teaser Scan or News & Trends, we store your name, e-mail address, company, role and what you asked for. We use them to send it.
News & Trends arrives only if you tick its own box, and one click in each e-mail stops it. We keep these details until you ask us to stop, and at the latest 24 months after our last contact.
Orders
When you order, we store your company name, VAT number, the name and e-mail address of your contact person, and the order itself. Danish bookkeeping law makes us keep these records for five years after the end of the financial year.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, on its own systems. Card numbers never reach us.
Documents for your project
Documents you send us for an X-Ray, a Pack or a transaction often contain personal data, such as the names of landowners and signatories. We process them only to deliver your order, and we act as your processor under a data processing agreement where that applies.
AI tools help us read documents, under business terms that forbid the provider from training on them. We keep the documents for 12 months after the work ends, and delete them earlier if you ask.
Where your data is
Our server runs in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. Your browser remembers two choices on your own device, the door you opened and the look of the calculator, and nothing of this is sent to us.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to bd@danbodd.dk and we answer within a month.
You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority, at datatilsynet.dk.
